Yes — the price you see already includes printing, so you won’t be surprised by hidden extras. If anything is ever unclear, we’re here to help.

Once you have placed your order, please email your Table Plan to enquiry@theloveliesstore.com. This needs to be in a typed format i.e. Word, Excel or typed into the body of an email. Please note we do not accept pictures/images of Table Plans. Please ensure all spellings, capitalisation and grammar are correct as details will be printed exactly as provided. If you are having a long Top Table, please list this from left to right, if you were stood looking at the table.

Yes, most of our designs have matching stationery available so you can keep everything beautifully coordinated. If a design has only just been added and you can’t see every matching item yet, we may still be able to make it for you — just get in touch.

No, there isn’t a minimum order quantity on any of our items. You can order exactly what you need, whether that’s one piece or a full set.

After you place your order, we’ll email you a wedding invitation information sheet to complete and return. Please check your spelling, grammar and details carefully, as we’ll create your proof using the wording you send us.

Once your order is complete, your digital file will be sent to you so you can download it straight away. You can then print it at home or use a professional printer, which makes it a lovely budget-friendly way to add those finishing touches to your day.

Once your payment has been completed, your digital files will be available to download from your order confirmation. Nothing will be posted to you, so it’s a quick and convenient option if you’d like to print your items at home or through a local printer.

Yes — local collection is available for customers in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. Please check the delivery options at checkout to see whether collection is available for your order.

We aim to ship orders within 3–5 business days of receiving them. Wedding invitations and some stationery items may take a little longer, depending on the design and personalisation needed, so please check the individual product listing for the most accurate guidance.

If you spot a mistake or need to update your wording, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Because many of our items are handmade and personalised just for you, we may not be able to make changes once production has started. The sooner you let us know, the better.

Because our personalised and made-to-order items are created just for you, we’re usually unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or there’s been an error on our side, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
