Frequently Asked Questions Are the Personalised Tags supplied with Ribbons? There is the option to purchase any of our Personalised Tags with or without Ribbons. If you choose to have them supplied with Ribbons, the ribbons will be White Double Sided Satin. Can I order a custom quantity of tags? Absolutely — if you’d like a different quantity, just email enquiry@theloveliesstore.com with the tag design and the amount you need, and we’ll send you an invoice. Does the price include printing? Yes — the price you see already includes printing, so you won’t be surprised by hidden extras. If anything is ever unclear, we’re here to help. How do I provide you with my Table Plan? Once you have placed your order, please email your Table Plan to enquiry@theloveliesstore.com. This needs to be in a typed format i.e. Word, Excel or typed into the body of an email. Please note we do not accept pictures/images of Table Plans. Please ensure all spellings, capitalisation and grammar are correct as details will be printed exactly as provided. If you are having a long Top Table, please list this from left to right, if you were stood looking at the table. Can I order matching pieces for my design? Yes, most of our designs have matching stationery available so you can keep everything beautifully coordinated. If a design has only just been added and you can’t see every matching item yet, we may still be able to make it for you — just get in touch. Is there a minimum order size? No, there isn’t a minimum order quantity on any of our items. You can order exactly what you need, whether that’s one piece or a full set. How do I send you the wording for my invitations? After you place your order, we’ll email you a wedding invitation information sheet to complete and return. Please check your spelling, grammar and details carefully, as we’ll create your proof using the wording you send us. How do your digital downloads work? Our digital downloads are sent electronically, so there’s no physical item to wait for in the post. After purchase, you’ll receive the file to download and print at home or through your chosen print supplier. They’re a lovely budget-friendly option if you want beautiful stationery with a professional finish. How do I receive my digital downloads after purchase? Once your payment has been completed, your digital files will be available to download from your order confirmation. Nothing will be posted to you, so it’s a quick and convenient option if you’d like to print your items at home or through a local printer. Do you offer local collection? Yes, if you are local to Barnsley, South Yorkshire, collection is available. Once your order is ready, we’ll arrange a convenient time for you to collect it. If you’d like to use this option, just pop us a message when you place your order. How long will it take for my order to be made and dispatched? Most of our orders are made and dispatched within 5–7 business days of receiving your order. Some items, such as wedding invitations and certain stationery pieces, may take a little longer because they’re more bespoke. If you have a date in mind, feel free to get in touch and we’ll always do our best to help. Can I make changes to my wording or design details after ordering? If you spot a mistake or need to update your wording, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Because many of our items are handmade and personalised just for you, we may not be able to make changes once production has started. The sooner you let us know, the better. Can you create bespoke pieces to match my wedding theme? Absolutely — you can choose coordinated pieces that suit your style and theme. We create personalised stationery and matching items, so your invitations, signage and finishing touches can all feel beautifully consistent. If you have a colour palette, theme or inspiration in mind, share it when ordering and we’ll help bring it together. Can I return or exchange a personalised item? Because our personalised and made-to-order items are created just for you, we’re usually unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or there’s been an error on our side, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to look into it for you. Do you create stationery for baby showers and Christenings too? Yes, absolutely. Alongside our wedding pieces, I also create a selection of baby shower and Christening items. If you’d like something personalised to suit your theme, I’d love to help bring it together beautifully. What payment methods do you accept? Spread the Cost by Booking in Advance Our On the Day Packages & Exclusive Wedding Stationery Packages can be booked in advance of your Wedding Day to allow you to spread the cost over a period of time. Simply complete the Order in Advance Booking Form and email it back to enquiry@theloveliesstore.com . Once I have received your Booking Form a provisional invoice will be emailed to you for you to pay a £25 Non-Refundable deposit to secure your booking. Partial Payments are accepted by Bank Transfer if you would like to pay a little off your balance each Week/Month. Details are provided on the Order in Advance Booking Form.
