Cancellation of Advanced Bookings The order can be cancelled by either party in writing or by email subject to the matters set out below. - If the Client seeks to cancel the order more than 4 weeks before the Event, then the Deposit shall be forfeited. No further sums will be due from the Client to The Lovelies Store. - If the Client seeks to cancel the order less than 4 weeks before the Event, then the Deposit will be forfeited. Any expenses incurred as at the date of cancellation must also be paid by the Client, and those paid shall also be non-refundable. - If The Lovelies Store cancels the order, any Charges paid will be repaid to the Client within 14 days of cancellation, and no further refunds, sum or compensation will be payable to the Client arising from such cancellation. - Failure to pay any outstanding balance on the order, 4 weeks prior to the event will result in the order being cancelled and the Deposit will be forfeited, unless a prior agreement has been made in writing. - Failure to supply the required information to complete the order, 2 weeks prior to the event, i.e. Your Table Plan/Guest List, will result in the order being cancelled and the Deposit will be forfeited.
